How it works

From 'I feel awful' to treated in three steps.

No app to download, no account to create. Book, choose, talk.

Step 1

Tell us what's wrong

Book online in two minutes or call us. Tell us the problem in plain words. No forms about your childhood.

Step 2

Pick video, phone or a home visit

Choose how you want to be seen and when. Most slots are within the hour. You see the price before you confirm.

Step 3

Speak to a doctor

A GMC registered GP calls, connects or arrives. Prescriptions, fit notes and referrals are sorted during the consultation.

When you can't wait

Keep your NHS GP. Call us on the days you can't wait for one.

Your NHS GP is for everything long term. We’re for the ear infection on a Sunday, the rash before a holiday, the fit note you need by Monday, or the parent who won’t go to hospital but should see someone today.

We send a summary of every consultation to you, and to your NHS GP if you ask us to, so nothing falls through the gaps.

Not for emergencies

If it’s an emergency, call 999. We’re a same day service, not an emergency one. For urgent but not life threatening help when we’re closed, call NHS 111.

Our doctors

Doctors who pick up.

Every doctor on our team is a GMC registered GP with at least five years of practice after qualifying, DBS checked and fully insured. They chose this work because they wanted more time with patients, not less.

Real patients, real appointments. Names shortened for privacy.

Booked at 9:10 on a Sunday, spoke to Dr Mehta at 9:35, antibiotics collected by 10:30. My NHS surgery couldn't see my son for nine days.

I travel for work and kept putting off a worrying mole. A video consult, a referral letter the same afternoon, and seen by a dermatologist that week. Worth every penny.

My father is 84 and refuses hospitals. Dr Whitfield came to the house, examined him properly and talked to him like an adult. She even rang the next day to check in.
