Often, yes. We’re not an insurer’s network provider, so you pay us and claim back. Every consultation comes with an itemised receipt and, if you need one, a GMC referenced clinical letter.
If the doctor decides within the first few minutes that you need a different service, for example A&E or a specialist, we tell you where to go and refund the consultation.

No. Monthly, cancel any time from your account or by calling us. Business plans are invoiced monthly with a minimum of 10 employees.
